The cost of your project mostly depends on:
1. The length of your material: 2. How much time you want me to spend doing restoration, ie., removing clicks, pops, hiss and other undesirable artifacts.
This second factor is somewhat dependent on how good your original source material sounds.
For example, a digitally mastered DAT (digital audio tape) will typically sound a lot better than a scratched up old 78 RPM record, and hence will not need as much time "cleaning up".
